Французское правительство обновило список несотрудничающих налоговых юрисдикций. В список добавлены Бермуды, Британские Виргинские Острова и Джерси. Добавление в список произошло не смотря на то, что все эти страны имеют подписанные соглашения об обмене налоговой информацией с Европейскими странами.
