Legal Aspects of the Decentralized Autonomous Organization

I wrote an article on DAO. In the Article I discussed the legal traits of Decentralized Autonomous Organization.
I view the DAO as a collective investment scheme like investment fund where members can participate in the process of project selection and contract execution.
As there is not special jurisdiction of DAO, the jurisdiction of a Creator has to be applied. The Creator, Curator, Congress leader or any other person having rights to control the DAO processes, including code alteration, has to be licensed in the country of origin.
