The Creativity-Centric Model of the Organization
The paper describes a model of organization in dynamic environment and improves performance of the organization. It is assumed that there is a creative part of the organization. We have to identify the creative part of the organization which can provide innovation and determine the factors which influence the process. The paper provides short overview of the previous models and describes typology of stakeholders.
